1. Export volume continues to grow(China EV Cars)
Historical data: In recent years, China's new energy vehicle exports have continued to grow. In particular, in 2023, the annual export of new energy vehicles exceeded 1.2 million, an increase of more than 77% year-on-year, showing a strong growth momentum.
Current trend: Entering 2024, although the export growth rate slowed down in the first half of the year due to factors such as export tariffs, it still maintained positive growth. According to the latest data, the export volume of new energy vehicles reached 605,000 vehicles in the first half of 2024, an increase of 13.2% year-on-year. It is expected that the annual export volume will continue to grow, maintaining a growth rate of about 10%-20%.

2. Policy support(electric car)
The Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of the new energy vehicle industry and has introduced a series of policy measures to support the export of new energy vehicles. These policies include tax incentives, credit support, overseas factory construction subsidies, etc., which provide strong guarantees for the export of new energy vehicles.

3. Major export brands
BYD automobile: BYD has performed particularly well in the export of new energy vehicles. According to the data from the China Passenger Car Association, BYD exported a total of 47,238 new energy vehicles from January to March 2024, surpassing other brands and showing strong international competitiveness.

Geely cars: It has also achieved significant growth in the export of new energy vehicles. For example, Geely Binyue has performed well in markets such as Southeast Asia and Russia.

Nezha Automobile: As a new force in car manufacturing, it is particularly active in the export of new energy vehicles. According to statistics from the China Automobile Association, Nezha Automobile exported a total of 13,694 new energy vehicles from January to April 2024, ranking first among new forces in car manufacturing.

Great Wall, Xiaopeng, GAC, Chery, etc.: These brands have also achieved remarkable results in the export of new energy vehicles, and each has made achievements in different markets.

The export trend of China's new energy vehicles will continue to grow. In the future, with the advancement of technology and the strengthening of policy support, China's new energy vehicles will occupy a more important position in the international market. At the same time, countries along the “Belt and Road” will become one of the important export markets for China's new energy vehicles, which will also bring more development opportunities and economic benefits to relevant countries and regions.
